Reports to: Customer Experience Senior Supervisor

The Position:

We are seeking innovative, solution-oriented individuals who are passionate about educating and assisting our customers. Our goal is to consistently surpass customer expectations and provide an exceptional service experience at every interaction. In this role you will:

• Answer inbound phone calls from customers
• Provide support with placing orders, product questions, subscription management, rewards program, order issues, returns, etc.
• Use sales strategies to educate and inspire customers about our products in order to upsell and increase average order value
• Implement strategies to retain our loyal subscription customers
• Log customer interactions (tagging, notes, forms, etc.)
• Multi-task on calls to meet various key-performance indicators
• Have an innovative approach with all consumer questions and push to improve processes, perspectives, and the overall customer experience
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment
