Crop Farm Workers, Horticulture workers

Up to 1 casual positions are required, starting at various intervals from April 1st 2025. Positions are from 6 months to 9 months. Work is located in Whitton, darlington Point Rd, NSW. Farmhands work under the Horticulture Award 2020 (MA000028) and are paid at a rate of $29.33 /hr. Workers must be available for the full term of any offered contract.

Tasks are manual labour including weeding, harvesting, picking, packing, irrigation, rogueing, irrigation work.

Farmhands must be fit and able to work in extreme weather conditions for long periods (up to 40 degrees). The work is hard and physically demanding. Work hours are variable and inconsistent depending on farm arrangements.

Alcohol and drug testing may be conducted, with zero alcohol and drug tolerance in the workplace.

All areas of the workplace are smoke free and breaches will not be tolerated.
