Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage event budgets, logistics, and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to align expectations and event requirements.
  • Oversee venue selection, vendor negotiations, contracts, and compliance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage on-site event setup, staff coordination, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run efficiently.
  • Supervise and mentor the event operations team, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for all events.
  • Handle on-the-spot problem-solving and crisis management to maintain event quality.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Key Requirements
