About the Role:
As a Partnerships Manager at NOVI Health, you will be a key player in driving our growth and expanding our reach. You will be instrumental in developing, executing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our mission and business objectives. This role is highly collaborative and requires a data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, research, and evaluate potential partnership opportunities across various sectors, including (but not limited to) healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, payers and wellness/fitness organizations
- Partnership Execution: Support the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with NOVI Health’s strategic goals and contractual requirements. This includes reviewing proposals, term sheets, and contracts.
- Partnership Management: Manage ongoing partner relationships, fostering strong communication and collaboration to ensure mutual success. This includes regular check-ins, performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans for each partnership, outlining key milestones, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities. Proactively monitor progress against these plans, identify and address potential roadblocks, and ensure successful launch and ongoing execution of partnership initiatives. This includes ensuring proper resource allocation and communication between all involved parties.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive partnership reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of partnerships. This includes assisting the Company with data analysis and visualization to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives, and seamless integration of partnerships and maximize their impact.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and inform partnership strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization software).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for improving healthcare access and delivery.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
