We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support Tharunkumar, the founder of FitX120. This role is crucial in managing his time efficiently, streamlining communication, and ensuring that business priorities align with high-impact activities.
- The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and excellent at handling fast-paced work environments.
What We’re Looking For:
? 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
? Fluent in Tamil & English (spoken and written).
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Experience handling confidential information with professionalism.
? Tech-savvy (calendar tools, email management, project tracking).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Task Management :
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Prioritize meetings and tasks based on business impact.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly agendas proactively.
2. Communication & Coordination :
- Filter and respond to emails, messages, and calls based on importance.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to internal and external communications.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and the team.
3. Meeting & Networking Management :
- Schedule and organize meetings with key stakeholders.
- Ensure meetings are purposeful, efficient, and well-prepared.
- Maintain and track important business contacts.
4. Travel & Event Planning
- Arrange all travel logistics (flights, accommodation, transport, etc.).
- Coordinate and execute business and corporate events.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting :
- Keep track of CEO’s key projects and priorities.
- Provide timely updates and reports on progress.
- Offer insights and feedback to optimize workflow.
6. Confidentiality & Problem-Solving
- Handle sensitive business and personal information with discretion.
- Identify potential challenges and propose solutions before they arise.
