DHL Express has an opening for a HR Officer in Kuwait. In this position you will be involved in managing the day to day HR transactional processes involving the employee life cycle eg. payroll, HRIS administration, separation processes, employee relations , recruitment etc. for employees in DHL Kuwait.

IN THIS POSITION YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Recruitment
  • HR Systems Administration & Management
  • Employee Relations, liaising with sponsor office for daily staff requests and residences
  • Employee Engagement
  • Updating organisation charts for all departments and entities based in the country
  • Back end support for HR systems changes during the performance appraisal process.
  • Ad-hoc activities such as issuing letters and report analysis, creation of communications/newsletters
  • Job cover for other HR processes during Annual leave.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Key Knowledge, Skills And Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written and ability to influence and gain confidence of others.
  • Results driven – demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent knowledge of excel, power point,
  • Basic understanding of the country labour law and employee benefits in general
  • Strong project management and planning & organizational skills.
