Requirement
- Assist the State in design and updates of user training material for OCD DRU use of
- Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use
- Work directly with Applications Program Manager to ensure OCD DRU end users are able
- to successfully use the Intelligrants grants management software
- Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality
- Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants
