Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will play a critical role in the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts the right candidates who align with the company’s values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to actively source candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Job Postings & Advertisements: Write and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications and provide hiring recommendations.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Recruitment Reporting: Maintain accurate records of the hiring process, including candidate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Should have 1 year of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in a specific industry (e.g., BPO, IT, BFSI, etc.).
- Familiarity with using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) for talent sourcing.
