Job Summary
The Admin & Support officer in Business Service Centre plays a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of the contact centre. This position involves various administrative tasks and assisting team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
ResponsibilitiesJob Qualifications
- Administrative Support:
- Managed daily office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing facility maintenance.
- Served as the first point of contact for visitors or vendors.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide support in preparing reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Team Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and preparing materials for meetings.
- Compliance and Procedures:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Ensure tasks attended to is complete on a timely manner and accurate e.g. System Access Requests and update of staff system profile
- Timely escalation of system application issues and follow-up till resolved
- Effective discharge of the tasks assigned including periodic review of department door access, close monitoring of staff training hours and etc.
Requirements
- Possess a degree or equivalent experience or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
