We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to craft the digital voice of our brands and connect with our vibrant community of travelers across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Content Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to boost engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and business goals.
- Community Management: Foster a positive online community by actively monitoring and managing interactions across social media channels, responding promptly to comments and messages to enhance customer experience.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite. Deliver regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify fresh opportunities for content creation, audience engagement, and growth.
- Marketing Support: Assist with on-site marketing activities and contribute to the briefing and execution of creative marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
