Position Title: Leading Specialist, Academic Affairs and Admission
Location: Tashkent
Duration: Full-time

Required Work Experience: 1-3 years
The Division of Academic Affairs and Admission is responsible for overseeing academic systems, enhancing the quality of education, and managing the admission process for prospective students. This department plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition from application to enrollment and maintaining the overall academic integrity of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review applications for admission to the university.
- Provide guidance to prospective students and their families regarding the admission process.
- Answer inquiries about eligibility, admission requirements, deadlines, and programs offered.
- Offer support during application submission, including troubleshooting issues with online portals or documents.
- Organize and assist with information sessions, campus tours, and other events to engage prospective students.
- Coordinate communication with high schools, educational fairs, and other recruiting events.
- Assist with the development and revision of academic management plans and administrative policies.
- Manage and maintain students’ academic records and oversee school registration.
- Support the graduation assessment process.
- Assist with the operation of the faculty performance evaluation system.
- Support bachelor and masters students
- Check the applications of undergraduate and graduate school
Professional Requirements
- Strong ability to improve and develop academic systems.
- Proficiency with word-processing programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for handling academic data.
- Excellent communication skills to foster effective collaboration with relevant departments and organizations, both domestically and internationally.
Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Original Degree Certificate, Official School Transcript, and other original certificates.
- A copy of the work book.
- Legally qualified to work in the field of education in Uzbekistan.
