Collection Manager – Secured Loans

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • Responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been allocated
  • Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area
  • To ensure collection process and legal guidelines are adhered
  • To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, Weekly & Monthly basis, etc. desired candidate profile
  • Management of overall business operations & coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.
  • Audit, review & document collections policies, strategies & practices
  • Designing calling strategy and dialler management for collection process.

Candidate Profile Required :-

  • 4-6 Years of experience in Secured Loans.
  • Should be efficient in Team Management
  • Candidates with Secured Loans experience will be preferred
  • Collections experience in banks / large NBFCs is preferred
