Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management:
- Organize and update files, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored.
- Monitor and manage data input for accuracy and completeness.
- Help in the preparation of reports based on the entered data.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general office support including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents as needed.
- Respond to routine queries regarding data and provide assistance to team members as needed.
- Assist in maintaining records of correspondence, files, and documents for the department.
- Data Verification:
- Verify and correct data discrepancies as per the provided guidelines.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve any issues related to data inconsistencies.
- Maintaining Confidentiality:
- Ensure that all sensitive information and documents are handled with the utmost confidentiality.
- Comply with company policies regarding the secure handling of data.
- Collaboration:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Must have completed 12th grade or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) is a must.
- Familiarity with data entry software or databases is a plus.
- Typing Skills:
- Ability to type at a reasonable speed with high accuracy.
