AutoCAD Draftsman

ICP is hiring a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to support a leading design-build HVAC contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate mechanical drawings and specificationsfor HVAC systems, working closely with engineers and project managers to execute designs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and review mechanical drawings and HVAC system specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure accuracy in HVAC layouts.
• Support multiple project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of drawing submittals and documentation packages.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or certification in Drafting, CAD, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in drafting HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2015 or above) and Revit is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with BIM software is a plus.
