As an Online BPO Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction via voice or chat platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Support (Voice/Chat Process):
- Handle inbound or outbound calls and respond to customer queries in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Engage in live chat conversations with customers to assist them with their concerns, providing timely solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers through voice or chat channels.
- Product/Service Knowledge:
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding product features, pricing, billing inquiries, and more.
- Problem Solving:
- Analyze customer issues, identify the root cause, and provide quick and efficient solutions.
- Ensure all customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining a positive experience.
- Customer Interaction Management:
- Manage high call/chat volumes while maintaining the quality of the interaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or higher management when necessary.
- Record Keeping:
- Accurately log customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, in the companys CRM system.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
- Adherence to Guidelines:
- Adhere to the companys policies, procedures, and guidelines while handling customer interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data as per the companys privacy standards.
Skills Required:
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (or other local languages depending on the process).
- Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively, and convey information effectively.
- Customer-Centric Attitude:
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities:
- Ability to think critically and find solutions to complex issues quickly.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of using computers and various software applications.
- Proficient in using chat platforms and CRM tools.
- Multitasking:
- Ability to handle multiple chats/calls at the same time while maintaining a high level of service.
- Time Management:
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred, but not mandatory).
- Freshers with no prior experience in BPO are welcome to apply.
- Experience:
- No prior work experience is required. However, candidates with internship experience or basic customer service knowledge are a plus.
