Toyota Motor Philippines is looking fora Business Solutions Analyst to join our Digital and Operations Solutions Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

TheBusiness Solutions Analystis a member of the Solutions Support Team that monitors and responds to end-users’ reported system issues and incidents.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in project management, systems analysis and design, systems documentation, M365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) CRM/ERP system.

Your role and responsibilities:

I. Support in System Implementation to new dealers for Finance & Accounting and HR workstreams.

  • Setting up the new dealer configuration
  • Conducting end-user training
  • Ensuring dealer’s compliance to data migration requirements
  • Providing support during live start & system issues resolution

II. Project Enhancement Main PIC

  • Improvement design in coordination with stakeholders (TMP, Dealers and/or Vendors)
  • Testing, Training (if necessary) and Supporting system implementation
  • Documents preparation (FSD, test scripts, etc.)
  • Resolving issues within target resolution period

III. Reports

  • Ticket trends analyzation (Identifying root cause & proposing countermeasure)
  • Helpdesk reports and KPIs

Our perfect match:

  • You have background in project management & systems analysis.
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Accounting Information System.
  • You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
  • You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
  • You effectively manage your time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
  • You have achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas and are keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.

Skills required:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Microsoft 365 system and Microsoft SharePoint knowledge.
  • Any CRM (e.g. SAP C4C/CRM, Salesforce) and ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite)
  • Preferably with experience in SAP FICO Configuration and Implementation
  • Preferably with experience in automotive dealer operations
