Yoto is a screen-free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels – think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. We also create Yoto Originals like this one.

Yoto’s Procurement and Quality Team
We’re a small team with a mission of ensuring Yoto’s growing global customer base receives the very best quality products. We focus on building strong relationships both internally with our product and development teams and externally with our suppliers and fostering a collaborative win-win culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies that support Yoto’s growth and New Product Development ambitions
- Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery performance, and technological capabilities
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with international suppliers to get the best value while building strong supplier relationships
- Drive supplier compliance with quality standards through proactive monitoring, regular audits, and effective corrective action plans.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, including risk assessment and compliance monitoring
- Conduct regular cost analyses and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 7-10 years of experience in global sourcing, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
- Strong understanding of consumer electronics components, manufacturing processes, and quality standards
- Proven experience negotiating complex international contracts and driving cost efficiencies
- A passion for cross-cultural communication and relationship building
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making
Salary: S$80,000 – S$100,000 based on experience

- Flexibility: Remote working until the Singapore office is set up, after which it would be a choice-based approach, with a minimum of once a week. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
