Position Summary

The Roofing Project Management Coordinator will work directly with roofing Subcontractors and homeowners to support all scheduling and material coordination (as applicable) functions including; scheduling density, inbound and outbound calls, pipeline management, and contractor bid procurement. The primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while establishing the most efficient pre-solar work schedules by adhering to a schedule of performance as indicated by our Master Subcontractor Agreement.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Reviews bids from contractors, analyze costs and change orders that affects the actual budget of the project
  • Manages roofing projects from start to finish and ensures timely completion and within budget.
  • Populate schedules through various mediums; phone calls, SMS/texting, and email
  • Take extreme ownership of customer and subcontractor issues and see through to resolution
  • Coordinate with contractors, homeowners and various departments for project resolutions
  • Understand company and department goals and KPIs. Ensure workstreams are aligned
  • Provide feedback to management and other departments regarding processes, tools, and best practices
  • Perform other additional duties as needed to support company goals and initiatives
  • With minimal oversight, utilize knowledgebases and other tools to perform project coordination functions while always looking for areas to improve

Qualification Requirements

Education & Certifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Experience

  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years of relatable experience (roofing construction)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Has Roofing construction knowledge and coordination experience
  • Possess above average working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite; experience in operational CRM and ERP systems is a plus
  • Possess strong organizational skills and capable of making decisions without constant supervision
  • Ability to read and interpret job orders as well as understand solar specifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
