Salary: $85,000 – $120,000/yr + Benefits

About The Role

As the Director of Enrollment Management & Admissions, you’ll be the growth architect, driving recruitment, enrollment, and retention for our PS-8th grade program. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation in education, making sure the world knows why Acton Silicon Valley is the future of learning.

Your Mission

Enrollment Growth & Retention

  • Develop and execute a creative, strategic enrollment plan that fuels school growth and attracts mission-aligned families.
  • Own the admissions pipeline – track inquiries, optimize conversions, and fill every studio with engaged learners.
  • Develop a high-touch admissions experience, ensuring families feel inspired, informed, and excited about our unique approach.
  • Create and oversee retention initiatives to build a strong, connected and inspired community
  • Manage enrollment platforms to track inquiries, applications, and retention data.

Innovative Outreach & Marketing

  • Design and execute engaging admissions events, including immersive open houses, experiential tours, and creative community pop-ups.
  • Develop and implement high-impact marketing campaigns cross social media, digital platforms, and community networks.
  • Use storytelling to bring Acton SV to life, leveraging video, testimonials, and learner narratives that showcase the school’s impact.
  • Partner with our digital marketing agency to refine and optimize lead generation, digital ads and marketing strategies
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with local preschools, education innovators, and key community organizations to create a strong referral network

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Be a key player on the leadership, helping shape the school’s long-term vision
  • Be the bridge between families and school staff, ensuring a smooth transition from admissions to onboarding journey
  • Oversee tuition billing, financial aid, and enrollment agreements, making the process transparent and accessible.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM platforms (HubSpot), enrollment systems (TADS, Procare), digital marketing tools and G-Suite
  • Data-driven, with a strong ability to analyze market trends and enrollment metrics to inform decision-making.
