ACKO is looking for a YouTube Growth Lead to build and scale our YouTube presence from the ground up. We’re not just looking for someone to post videos – we need a strategist, a creator, and a data geek rolled into one. Someone who knows what works on YouTube today and can predict what’s going to work tomorrow.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll lead our YouTube efforts – from launching content IPs to scouting influencers, running experiments, and making sure our videos actually get watched.
What You’ll Do:
- Turn ideas into binge-worthy content – Research hot topics, trends, and audience insights to create engaging shorts, long-form videos, and podcasts.
- Own the YouTube algorithm – Optimize videos, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to drive reach, retention, and engagement.
- Scout & collaborate – Identify influencers, guests, and creators who can add value to our content and help us scale.
- Build iconic content IPs – Think beyond one-off videos. Develop content formats that build loyal audiences over time.
- Run the show (literally!) – Plan and coordinate all shoots, whether in-house or with production agencies.
- Measure, tweak, and grow – Analyze performance, run experiments, and iterate fast to grow our channels.
