- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel (Macros) Word, PowerPoint
- Plan, schedule and facilitate team meetings
- Plan and coordinate team activities and maintain versatility charts
- Daily follow-up for data analysis with buyer
- Collect all data’s and prepare Dashboards , Night letter
- Use data analytical tools (Alteryx etc.,) to improve and to automate processes

Responsibilities
Understanding the Business Objective and Delivery as per business need
Procurement Data Analysis, exposure to tool and part cost.
Expertise in Reports & Dashboards
Communication (English), Multi cultural collaboration (Global)
Perseverance & Networking (interpersonal skills)
Swift response to customer requirement
Expertise in MS Office tools like excel, ppt etc
Supplier engagement.
Co-ordination with operations & commodity buyers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Technical / Non technical).
- 1 – 4 year’s of experience preferred in Purchase data analysis
