? We’re Hiring: IT ServiceDesk Analyst! ?

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT ServiceDesk Analyst for our client in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills. He/She will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization.

What You’ll Do

Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical problems via phone, email, or in-person

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams as necessary.
  • Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, software, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient and effective support

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience IT Helpdesk Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Languages known (read & write): Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in using helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred Certifications: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar. Experience with remote desktop support tools. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
