About The Role

The Founder’s Office, Growth will report directly to the co-founder and CRO at Loop, to help shape an unbeatable marketing and sales organisation. They will lead high impact projects across sales and marketing functions. They will work closely with the CRO through our upcoming rapid expansion phase as we launch across more geographies with innovative insurance and healthcare solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • As a member of our core Founder’s Office team, you’ll work alongside some of the top minds in the healthtech industry
  • You will lead challenging growth projects and collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds like marketing, sales, data analytics, healthcare, etc.
  • You will be creatively addressing complex problems around brand development, pricing strategy and sales efficiency, ensuring smooth implementation and team effectiveness
  • You will own project scope, strategizing, planning, development, maintenance and implementation while actively guiding the team with correct direction and ideas
  • You will lead coordination between several teams to drive quarterly objectives and drive high velocity execution on our new healthcare projects

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in sales analytics or operations, preferably at a venture backed company or top-tier investment banking firm
  • Has spent at least 2 years in the current organisation
  • A track record of success in growth-focused roles or projects
  • Grit, hustle, desire, and a “get-it-done” attitude; strong comfort with a growth-stage startup environment
  • High-level proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
