IT Support Engineer

What You’ll Do

? Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person

? Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms

? Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks

? Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed

? Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure seamless service delivery

? Document technical procedures and user guides for future reference

What We’re Looking For

? Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT support role

? Strong knowledge in Active Directorty & operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)

? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

? Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

? Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
