What You Will Be Doing
- Finance Coordination and Reconciliation:
- Act as the primary liaison with the finance team to ensure timely reconciliation and clearance of invoices.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and address discrepancies or delays in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Data Pipeline Automation and Optimization:
- Design, build, and maintain automated pipelines to collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Streamline existing data workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement tools and techniques to ensure seamless integration of data into reporting systems.
- Trend Analysis and Insights Generation:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Present findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Develop predictive models and analytics frameworks to support strategic planning.
- Reporting and Performance Enhancement:
- Deliver TAI (Timely, Accurate, Impactful) reports, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Continuously improve reporting processes by introducing innovative solutions to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact.
- Create dashboards and visualizations for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Business Support and Ad-Hoc Analysis:
- Act as a reliable backup for critical functions and provide support during peak periods or absences.
- Handle ad-hoc business requests and develop business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data analysis with broader business objectives.
- Systems Development and Documentation:
- Develop and implement robust systems for data reporting, ensuring scalability and long-term usability.
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices to standardise operations and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Regularly audit data systems to identify and rectify gaps or inconsistencies.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, financial management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of finance and invoicing processes, including reconciliation and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
