Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Plant Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility in Pasig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations and management of food products specifically either bread, pastries, biscuits/crackers or any baked goodies.

What You’ll Do

? The Plant Operations Manager will oversee the administrative and finance business units of One Food Group.This role will also manage the training manager and ensure efficient operations across the 20 plants nationwide, including 6 mega plants.

What We’re Looking For

? Bachelor’s degree in any field

? Must have proven experience in plant operations and management of food products specifically either bread, pastries, biscuits/crackers or any baked goodies

? Strong leadership and managerial skills.
