Job Duties
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programmes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.
- Assist in organising training sessions and workshops for staff development.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative role.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- HR certification (e.g. CIPD).
- Experience with HR software and systems.
