We specialize in LLM model development, delivering high-quality human-curated data, AI-first scaled operations services, and more. Based in SF and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact.
Job Summary:
This is a strategic role focused on building and scaling Deccan AI’s network of freelancers and contractors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced and ambiguous environment. You will lead initiatives to attract top-tier talent, experiment with innovative approaches, and implement scalable strategies to achieve ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute diverse strategies to attract and onboard freelancers and contractors across multiple categories.
- Develop and assess hypotheses for sourcing high-quality leads using both traditional and innovative methods.
- Scale successful experiments into major initiatives, making them a significant focus of your work.
Requirements:
- Educational Background from top-tier Colleges – IIT/IIM.
- 2+ years of Management consulting Experience.
- ce.3+ years of Startup Experience in growth, Marketing and Partnership.
- Good to have leadership experience in start-up.
- Must be ready to solve early stage start-up problems.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced ambiguous start-up environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good to have experience in growth roles, with a focus on freelance, contractor or vendor networks.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
