Job Description
- Ensuring Depot Maintenance (Bulawayo and Harare depots, Network Service stations, General Trade, & Mining sites
- Implement both projects and out of contract maintenance works safely and deliver them within set time and quality
- Carrying out HSEQ and integrity requirements for all projects. Complying with the Total Group’s worksite safety, inspection of conformity of contractors, the code of conduct and compliance to ethics.
- Shadow Budgeting control under the Technical and Engineering Manager
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- Young Graduate Trainee – Lubricants
Train under the Lubricants (Technical Sales Team) in achieving profitability and volume targets
- Providing Technical support (installations, training, oil analysis, lube surveys)
- Offering Customer Support
- Undertakes Safety (HSEQ) audits at allocated Network sites.
- Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSEQ) program implementation including used oil disposal program.
Minimum Qualifications : A Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical or equivalent).
- Young Graduate Trainee – Finance
- Train under the Accounts / Payables Team
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor of Accounting /Finance/Business Degree
Professional Qualification (e.g. CIS, ACCA, CIMA) will be an added advantage

As part of our 2025 Young Graduate Trainee program, we are pleased to invite qualified young graduates to apply.
The program is a TotalEnergies Company’s initiative for Africa that seeks to develop young talent through training and capacity building. The program targets fresh university graduates from the local universities. For the past ten years, TotalEnergies Marketing Zimbabwe Plc has successfully developed young graduates through this initiative and are now poised for the 2025 intake.
We offer a total of eighteen (18) months training opportunity (local experience for six (6) months and twelve (12) months inter-Affiliate Exchanges within Africa subject to individual’s overall performance.
