Then you must be the right talent to join our team as a Digital Media Project Manager!
As a Digital Media Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and optimizing digital media strategies to enhance global brand awareness, engagement, and performance across markets.
You will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, data-driven approach to paid media, delivering impactful campaigns that align with the brand equity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Media Strategy & Coordination: Define and implement global digital media strategies aligned with business goals and brand equity. Coordinate these strategies across markets for consistent brand communication. Consolidate and align media investments and campaign calendars across all markets.
- Campaign Management & Execution: Oversee the launch and execution of digital media campaigns (social, display, programmatic, search) collaborating with agencies and local teams. Review and validate media plans, budgets, and assets before activation. Manage UTMs and tracking URLs. Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results, and supervise the Paid Search strategy to meet objectives and KPIs.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Create and maintain accurate performance dashboards providing actionable insights. Analyze campaign results, identify key learnings, and propose optimizations. Stay updated on digital trends, luxury consumer behaviors, and emerging technologies to drive media strategy innovation.
- Cross-Team Management & Agency Management: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (creative, e-commerce, PR, retail), markets, and media agencies. Ensure seamless coordination and alignment of digital media with overall brand strategy. Provide strategic recommendations to management based on campaign performance and industry insights.
The Exceptional Skills We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media (agency or client-side), preferably in the luxury sector.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or Business.
- Expertise in paid social media and/or paid search with hands-on experience in campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance dashboards.
- Curious, agile, and precise, with an eye for detail and luxury brand aesthetics.
- Fluent in English and French
