ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Coinmerce! In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our recruitment strategy, managing the full hiring process, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. As the first point of contact for applicants, you’ll help attract and engage top talent while strengthening our employer brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations;
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and provide expert guidance on diverse and inclusive hiring strategies;
  • Source top candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels;
  • Ensure an excellent and engaging candidate experience while reinforcing our employer brand;
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
  • Represent Coinmerce at job fairs, industry events, and through social media to enhance our employer brand.

What you bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in Fintech;
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, preferably Personio;
  • Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a big plus;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry is a plus.
