About the Role:

Our client, a reputable company in the Electronics & Technology sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead and optimize supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory control activities.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
  • Utilize supply chain management tools and systems for enhanced operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably within electronics and technology.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi market regulations is an advantage.
