About the Role:
Our client, a reputable company in the Electronics & Technology sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead and optimize supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to achieve operational efficiency.
- Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory control activities.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
- Utilize supply chain management tools and systems for enhanced operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably within electronics and technology.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with the Saudi market regulations is an advantage.
