The Role
We are searching for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our Walmart marketplace expansion. This is a high-level, results-driven role where you’ll be responsible for scaling operations, optimizing listings, and maximizing performance through strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Own & Drive
- Walmart Marketplace Growth
- Expand our proven Amazon success strategies onto Walmart, focusing on listing optimization, advertising, and operational excellence.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement tactics to increase sales and visibility.
- Multi-Channel Inventory & Integration
- Manage listings and inventory efficiently using SellerCloud or similar multi-channel platforms.
- Ensure seamless marketplace integration and avoid overselling, stockouts, and inefficiencies.
- Advertising & Performance Optimization
- Run and optimize Amazon Ads and Walmart advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and drive profitable sales growth.
- Process Automation & Efficiency
- Leverage technology to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance productivity.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency across operations.
- E-Commerce Expansion
- Experience with eBay and other marketplaces is a plus, as we look to diversify and expand into new channels.
- Team Leadership & Department Oversight
- Lead and manage an e-commerce team, ensuring smooth operations across multiple marketplaces.
- Set clear KPIs and goals, holding the team accountable for performance.
- Project & Task Management
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus for organizing, tracking, and improving workflows.

What You Need To Succeed
- Proven Experience – Strong background in scaling and managing Amazon & Walmart marketplaces.
- Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Deep understanding of SellerCloud, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Seller Center.
- Efficiency Focused – Passion for automation and process optimization to drive productivity.
- Growth-Oriented Leadership – Ability to oversee a department and strategically expand e-commerce operations.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Fluent in English with the ability to communicate complex strategies clearly.
- Marketplace Expansion Expertise – Experience with eBay and additional platforms is a strong plus.
