What To Expect
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and organized Executive Assistant to work alongside our battery engineering team. You will manage all administrative functions, owning impactful projects, and become deeply involved in the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to battery engineering leadership
  • Manage calendars, book domestic and international travel, process expense reports
  • Take detailed meeting notes, synthesize outcomes, track follow ups
  • Prepare documents, presentations and correspondence
  • Maintain standards and cadence of workflows while identifying and implementing improvements
  • Partner with leader on strategic planning and defining team objectives and priorities
  • Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Stay updated on company policies and relevant team resources
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and support organizations such as IT, HR and Workplace
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and anticipate changes
  • Proactive problem solver able to work independently

  • Expected Compensation

    $64,000 – $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
