We currently have an opportunity for an experienced F&I product professional to join our growing team as a Regional Sales Manager covering Eastern Texas & Oklahoma. The focus of this position is new account acquisition and possible existing account development in an established territory. The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday; however, you should also expect weekly overnight travel.
Main Responsibilities
- Call on new and existing partners and dealers selling our F&I products.
- Train our partners, F&I, and General Managers, and ultimately develop income for automotive dealers.
- Train on the application of Simoniz Protection Programs and build a train-the-trainer environment.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our customer base and partner with the customer to make beneficial recommendations.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and care
- Reports are to be filled out and emailed.
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a motor vehicle check showing the past two years of your driving history
- Must have experience in automotive sales and F&I product management and sales with a proven track record of sales growth.
- Solid relationship-building, strong influencing skills, and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- The flexibility to work calls at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
- The ability to travel extensively by road and air and the availability to make overnight trips
- Possess strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team
- Must have solid organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- An entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on work ethic.
- Ability to work independently
