Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing department by scheduling and organizing the creation of digital and print advertising, website and social media schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate the creation and posting of social media content, refine and implement content calendar.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance and engagement.
  • Assist with development of strategies to further implement social-media initiatives and support digital strategy.
  • Assist with coordination of community relations opportunities and events with a marketing component focus.
  • Maintain and post or distribute literature and other marketing materials that list current products and services for customers and ensures the availability of this literature to the public.
  • Maintain and post or distribute advertising copy and descriptive materials including bank’s web site, advertisement, and in-branch materials.
  • Assist with data analytics to determine marketing campaign success.
  • Work with advertising and design professional resources to help deliver content that meets our specifications and is strategically aligned.
  • Work with Bank resources internally and externally to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • Advanced degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Three to five+ years of experience in marketing required. Financial services preferred.
  • Understanding of project management processes.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Maintain computer knowledge and ability (Windows, Word, Excel spreadsheets).
