We are looking for a Talent Attraction Coordinator to lead and optimize our recruitment efforts at EBANX. In this role, you will oversee the hiring strategy across multiple regions and business functions, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for our fast-paced and global environment. As a key member of the Talent Attraction team, you will coordinate recruitment initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and enhance candidate experience while driving process improvements.

You will also be responsible for:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Oversee and coordinate full-cycle recruitment efforts across diverse teams, ensuring hiring needs align with business goals.
• Hiring Process Management: Manage, improve, and standardize recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and Business Partners (BPs), providing insights, market trends, and data-driven recommendations.
• Candidate Experience: Champion a seamless and engaging candidate journey, setting best practices to uphold EBANX’s employer brand.
• Team Coordination & Enablement: Support the Talent Attraction team by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and driving alignment on recruitment processes.
• Market Intelligence & Employer Branding: Stay informed about talent market trends, organizational design, and compensation structures to attract top talent globally.
• Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify and implement improvements in sourcing, selection, and assessment methodologies to enhance hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Main requirements for this position:

• Strong recruitment experience, with a track record in full-cycle hiring across multiple functions and regions.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Strategic mindset, capable of advising senior stakeholders on talent acquisition best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to influence and build strong partnerships.
• Process-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for optimizing recruitment workflows and delivering top-tier talent.

What else would we like to see?

• Experience with global recruitment and international hiring practices.
• Experience with global ATS tools, Greenhouse preferably.
• Spanish language proficiency to support expansion in Spanish-speaking markets.
