Fellowship Description:

  • Lead special projects for orthopedic service line management.
  • Assist in measuring and tracking the success of executed communications/marketing initiatives.
  • Support the philosophy, code of ethics, and set of values in a company dedicated to excellence in patient care and healthcare administration.
  • Acquire marketable administrative and technical skills.
  • Demonstrate management potential in specific areas at various levels through the diversified line and/or staff responsibilities that will contribute to the organization.
  • Work with surgeons, facilities, Insurance companies, team members and patients
  • Develop core infrastructure for expanding service line.
  • Develop strategies to face healthcare obstacles.
  • Work directly with clinic leaders and patient navigators to improve patient services and process efficiencies.
