Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide information to guests and clients regarding services and policies.
  • Support HR and administrative teams with office management tasks.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor logs and access control.
  • Maintain office supplies and order stationery and other necessities when required.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
