Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide information to guests and clients regarding services and policies.
- Support HR and administrative teams with office management tasks.
- Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor logs and access control.
- Maintain office supplies and order stationery and other necessities when required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
