Building & Constructions Program Manager

Job Description

stc is actively recruiting for the role of Building & Construction Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design and execution of fit-out projects for stc.

Roles and Responsibilities

Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the completion of designs for new sales outlets/branches in coordination with the sales and branding teams.
  • Adhering to the branding guidelines for the design of new shops.
  • Reviewing and approving designs for franchises.
  • Preparing designs for administrative buildings internally or with the help of external consultants as needed.
  • Managing the execution of approved designs for sales outlets and administrative buildings.
  • Resolving any issues that may arise during the execution of fit-out projects.
  • Monitoring project execution and highlighting any potential delays to management teams.
  • Preparing executive progress reports.
  • Providing value engineering advice during the design phase to deliver efficient cost savings.
  • Introducing and implementing sustainable practices in the design and execution of fit-out projects.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a relevant role (Design Architect, Civil/ MEP Engineering, and/or structural engineering).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
