Reporting to: Head of UK Finance
Hours: 35 hours (Monday to Friday)
Location: Cheadle (SK8 2GG)

We are a growing business and to support the growth and maintain our profitability, the Finance team underpin and encourage our creativity and innovation as a business and ensure that sound business decisions are made that deliver real outcomes. We achieve this by really understanding how our business works from grape to glass and converting that knowledge into effective measures, controls, reports and advice.
What will this involve?
Purchase Ledger –
- Invoice processing – Accurately and efficiently process supplier invoices. Matching them to purchase orders and obtaining approval where necessary
- Queried invoice resolutions
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Purchase Ledger Inbox – assist managing emails, requesting copy invoices, filing & escalating as required
- Deputise for purchase ledger during periods of absence and holidays
- Payment Run collation Setting up new suppliers
- Intercompany Payable Reconciliations
General-
- Expenses – Assist in the maintenance of the expense system
- Assist in month end process as required
What kind of person are we looking for?
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- A strong work ethic with a proactive and reliable approach.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Dynamics or AX (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team environment.
