Facility Management & Operations Lead

Job Description

What Will You Do

  • Oversee the construction and setup of new branch locations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage end-to-end facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline project execution.
  • Develop and maintain administrative processes, including project documentation, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Lead and guide teams involved in facility management and construction projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management, construction, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building maintenance, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and basic budgeting or financial planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
