- Understand and assess customer requirements, and route these opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Actively source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls and emails. Follow up on potential prospects to generate qualified opportunities
- Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring they align with business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their logistics needs.
- Conduct research to identify key industry players, market trends, and competitive solutions, using this insight to generate interest and develop new business.
- the CRM is updated regularly and maintained with high-quality data, ensuring sales activities and customer information are accurately tracked.
- Develop sales opportunities by providing customers with technical information, preparing quotations, and offering logistics solutions based on their needs.
- Proactively check customers’ buying history, suggest logistics solutions, and explain the service benefits to ensure account growth.
- Support closing new accounts by handling incoming telephone and email inquiries, verifying customer information, and entering data accurately into the system.
- Stay updated on new logistics products, trends, and industry practices by participating in educational opportunities and studying product descriptions.
- Support department and organizational goals by completing various assigned tasks, ensuring all business requirements are met efficiently.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
