Our client, a New York-based home care provider, is searching for a Bilingual Home Care Operations Coordinator to handle service coordination, compliance, and documentation from the comfort of your home.

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

Service Coordination & Documentation

  • Oversee and submit service coordination documents with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure all paperwork is properly formatted and compliant—because even a minor mistake can cause major delays.
  • Review and process 50–60 pages of documentation, double-checking for completeness before submission.

Administrative Support & Compliance

  • Keep files organized and up to date in Dropbox, Word, and Excel.
  • Ensure all records comply with strict regulatory standards—no exceptions.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on missing documents, and proactively resolve compliance issues.

Communication & Follow-Through

  • Push for necessary approvals and documentation while maintaining professionalism.
  • Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external contacts to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Handle bilingual communications (English/Spanish) with precision, ensuring clarity in every conversation.

Ideal Profile

What It Takes To Succeed

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
  • Extreme attention to detail—you’ll be the last line of defense before documents go out.
  • Experience in administration, compliance, or service coordination is a plus.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Dropbox, and basic Excel.
  • Highly organized and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do, you just get it done.
  • Strong communicator who follows up, follows through, and isn’t afraid to push for results.
