Purpose Of The Role

The role is to provide outstanding customer service to our customers, suppliers and service providers across the business.

Responsibilities

You will as part of a team to deliver the very best for our customers which includes:

  • Communicate with customers by email to resolve pre-sale and after-sale enquiries.
  • Ability to build a rapport with customers to help them with enquiries including trade orders, product/stock information, tracking deliveries and returns.
  • Take ownership of customer service requests, this may involve liaising with other departments across both White Hinge and Dee Set.
  • Process customer orders in a timely manner to enable the warehouse operatives to pick and pack.
  • Ability to identify ways to improve processes in order to improve sales, brand loyalty and the customer service experience.
  • General administration duties

Skills/Experience Required

  • Exceptional written skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrating a commitment to developing your own knowledge and abilities
  • The ability to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Be resourceful and self-organised, with the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure and be able to adapt

Job Specifics

    • Working days: Monday – Friday
    • Contract type: Permanent
    • 37.5 hours per week
    • Salary £22308.00 per annum
    • Location: Fenton, Stoke on Trent
