Operations Manager

Function description

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and effective workflows within the oil and gas industry.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and achieve operational goals.
• Lead and mentor teams, promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and collaboration.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in operational tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
