What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end P&L for product and marketing-led growth, ensuring revenue maximization and profitability across gaming verticals.
  • Define and execute monetization strategies, including pricing models, user acquisition, retention, and engagement levers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to drive business growth through customer-centric product innovations.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels to expand the company’s market dominance.
  • Continuously track KPIs, market trends, and competitor insights to make proactive business decisions.
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business goals with overall company strategy.
  • Business Forecasting & Growth Projection: Leverage data analytics, market trends, and financial modeling to accurately forecast revenue, profitability, and growth opportunities. Develop strategic plans to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable business expansion aligned with long-term organizational goals.
  • Deep Customer Insight & Market Understanding: Develop a profound understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points through data analysis, direct engagement, and market research. Leverage these insights to shape product strategy, drive innovation, and create compelling value propositions that enhance customer experience and business growth.
  • Leadership & Influence: Inspire and align cross-functional teams by driving a shared vision, fostering collaboration, and influencing key stakeholders without direct authority. Cultivate a high-performance culture through strategic decision-making, clear communication, and impactful leadership that drives business success.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of business outcomes, driving strategic initiatives with a results-oriented mindset. What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue management, business strategy, or P&L leadership roles, preferably in high-scale gaming, B2C internet, or digital product-driven companies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of business and revenue metrics in the gaming or digital economy.
  • Proven expertise in monetization strategies, pricing models, user lifecycle management, and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong focus on execution.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence cross-functional teams in a data-driven, high-accountability culture.
  • Passion for gaming and deep insights into player behavior, engagement, and revenue optimization strategies.
