Key Result Areas

Implement strategy road map for C&E segments

  • Support the BD managers in building strategy road map for the target segments.
  • Includes focus product, focus market, focus application, focus customer details.
  • Value creation over competition.
  • Define action plans with responsibilities.

Business Development and Value Creation

  • Business development through n ew customers, n ew applications, n ew regions and n ew products.
  • Effective engagement with customers through regular visits along with sales team.
  • Understanding customer’s changing needs & pain areas and coordinate resolution internally. Showcase our product features to create interest.
  • Achieve new product approvals through efficient sampling process.

Strengthen the existing pipeline of projects and replicate the success across the region

  • Coordination with selected key customers in the region and evolve new futuristic projects with reasonable business potential.
  • Monitor progress and feedback from customers on key projects.
  • Once successful, participate in various relevant industry forums to influence perceptions and create interest from other customers.
  • Plan & track sampling and follow up for approvals from customer (for existing product).

Develop market intelligence, and support the sales team with adequate market inputs

  • Understand Competitor activities for product portfolio & services and benchmark the same.
  • Continuous engagement with customers at shop floor levels to gain customer insight.

Create market visibility for Epotec brand in the region

  • Participate trade events to show case our products to existing customers, distributors & new/ potential customers.
  • Participate in seminars & trade shows to showcase our products & capabilities.
  • Achieve major product approvals and ensure Epotec brand is enlisted in the Bill of material.

Training and development.

  • Functional training needs assessment of sales staff within company and working with our distributors; arrange training in coordination with R&D and ADC.
  • Sharing of market information and business scenario.
