Reporting directly to the People Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will be part of a TA team of five within a wider People team of 40+, you’ll work across multiple business areas—both on and off the pitch—building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.

Role Accountabilities
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle – working to understand the resource requirements, then creating and managing 360 recruitment plans. Ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates alike. Seeking ways to continuously improve processes.
- Undertake all activities as part of the recruitment lifecycle including obtaining the required approvals, drafting job descriptions, advertising across multiple channels, headhunting (where required), screening and shortlisting applications then supporting interviews.
- Provide Insight to stakeholders on external market trends and talent suitability.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships autonomously, ensuring leader satisfaction is high with the TA service.
- Owning a recruitment portfolio and ensuring all vacancy data is logged appropriately, to support the manager with TA reporting.
- Accurately representing CFG at allocated careers events and university graduate fairs, to align with our wider talent attraction strategy.
- Working closely with your allocated HR Business Partner to align and ensure that the leaders’ initiatives are considered upon every hire.
Essential:
- Extensive experience of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments and disciplines
- Experience, or an understanding of, working with varying worker types – e.g. Employee, Contractor, Consultant or Casual workers.
- Expertise in utilizing a breadth of attraction methods with strong direct sourcing experience including social media channels, LinkedIn & other job boards
- Knowledge and experience of recruiting for a diverse organization, embedding best practice ED&I into talent acquisition
- Strong experience multitasking, managing 20+ active roles at one time
- Demonstrable evidence of building and maintaining (internal & external) stakeholder relationships
Desirable:
- Experience recruiting within a sporting organization, or similar fields such as medical or physical performance.
