Senior Packaging Development Manager

Job Summary

Plan and lead projects to launch new products (from idea generation, design and the entire process of researching and developing packaging for that product) for various industries.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the team’s daily research tasks including establishing research methods, managing lab test equipment, creating designs and models, calculating and evaluating test results, completing and Issue technical documents and design samples.

Plan and lead cross-departmental projects, or valuable research, evaluate inventions, and prepare detailed reports with valuable recommendations and conclusions.

Calculate the costs, resources and time needed to implement annual R&D goals and monitor the implementation of research projects to ensure the goals are achieved.

Develop and build strong capacity for the packaging R&D team. Train staff and improve knowledge level within the team.

Set departmental goals (KPIs) in accordance with the company’s development orientation.
